How do you play our games?
Our games are not traditional board games. You receive a mission dossier filled with 40+ pieces of evidence, documents, clues, and immersive props. As the investigation unfolds, sealed envelopes reveal new information, twists, and challenges. Study the evidence, connect the clues, and uncover the truth yourself.
How many people can play?
Shadow War is designed for 2 to 6 players. It is best experienced as a team, working together to share theories, connect evidence, and solve the mission.
How long does a game take?
A complete mission takes approximately 120 to 150 minutes. Playtime may vary depending on how quickly your team solves the clues and progresses through the investigation.
Which game should I start with?
Start with Shadow War. It is a complete standalone mission, so no previous experience is required. Lost Crypt and The Cipher Killer are coming soon.
Is there an age restriction?
Shadow War is recommended for players aged 12 and above. Younger players can still participate as part of a team with older players.

How do I know my order was confirmed?
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation with the details of your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change or cancel it before dispatch.

How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is completely free on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer worldwide delivery, so you can join the mission wherever you are.
How long does shipping take?
Worldwide delivery typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on your location, local customs, or circumstances outside our control.
What happens if my package gets lost?
Contact us if you believe your package has been lost. We will investigate the circumstances, and if we confirm that the shipment has been lost, we will send you a replacement.
Can I return the game if I change my mind?
You can request a return if you change your mind. Because our games contain sealed materials and hidden information, return eligibility depends on the condition of the game and whether its contents have been opened.
